Hi everyone, Happy Coworking Day! from St. Louis - well, I'm just visiting here, but I live in Tokyo so I get to say that as if I'm in JST ;-}As Kyo said, the idea of coworking, coworking spaces and jelly are all becoming popular lately.
I'm here for a meetup to cowork with my coworkers in a distributed company Automattic (we run a bunch of blogs on WordPress.com). We usually all work from home or coworking spaces. Anyways, here are some more info to illustrate the coworking movement in Japan: Storify summary of NWC Tony's visit (by @socialcompany) http://storify.com/socialcompany/coworkingjp Jelly! map by @cognitom (Tsutomu Kawamura), owner of Open Source Cafe coworking space http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=205857097950241017106.0004a39bfee14acb95f10&msa=0 #coworking_jp hastag http://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23coworking_jp Flickr photo pool: http://www.flickr.com/groups/coworking-jp/pool/ It still may be kind of hard to find info on coworking spaces in Japan in English, but feel free to ping me (@naokomc) or Kyo (@paxi) on Twitter if you're interested.
