Hello all,

Not too long ago, I leased a beautiful office space in Downtown LA
with a partner of mine to begin our own Digital Media Agency. Not only
did we get one office, we decided that it be a great idea to get the
office next door, blow out a wall and have 1 huge space. This clearly
hiked the rent and for the next few months things didn't go as
planned. For the past month I was trying to sublet some of the space
to cut overhead but nothing worked. Last week I decided to test the
waters for co-working and I got 2 people ready to sign up same day.

Im looking for membership agreements/ Terms & Conditions documents to
use as a base to getting started. Its amazing how this almost tragic
situation has the potential to really bring a unique working vibe to
Downtown LA which for the most part is all traditional corporate
space.

All advice, questions, links are welcome!
