We adopted 2 plans inspired by IndyHall. The basic and the 6Pack. Within 2 months we had 4 sign up for the Basic and 3 for the 6pack. We've also seen some of the basic members pick up an extra day a month and eventually asking to move to the next level. They all come to events and participate in community meetings.
All our plans are based off of our $25/ mth membership fee, (cost of the Basic) which includes one day a month plus $15/day for any extra days a month. Keeps things simple. We're averaging 1-2 new Basic members join each month since adopting it. It's a great way to help the hesitant coworker take a small step towards the ultimate leap to a larger plan.
