I have been asked to write a chapter in an upcoming book on
entrepreneurship. Over the past couple years I have been interested in what
I call "communities of self-help" among entrepreneurs and solo/small
businesses, who are generally neglected by the economic development
community. This would include coworking and other examples of collaborative
consumption. I'd love to hear of some good examples of how these and other
practices have spurred start-up and growth. Please share any examples that
might make good case studies. Thanks much.
