Hi Bill- THANK YOU-this has been extremely helpful. We purchased the maintenance kit awhile back to replace the fuser/roller and it didn't resolve the issue. The printer you recommended looks great. I'm researching it now and hope to buy a new one soon! Thanks again for the great advice. Katy
