Hi Jorge,

My name is Cristina, I work at cobot, we do software for coworking spaces -
better than Google Calendar because it is specific for coworking and also
offers invoicing and payment management.

How does it usually work with the calendar? You manage the booking and
confirm the reservation, and then you have to calculate the price of the
room, see if the coworker has free hours, add this booking to the monthly
invoice, raise the invoice and chase for payment, and then register your
payment.

How does it work with cobot? Members log in their cobot account, take a
look at the calendar, book their meeting room, and the charge will be
automatically calculated and added to the monthly invoice, which will then
be automatically sent with a payment link. When the coworker proceeds to
pay this payment will be automatically reflected in cobot.

Google Calendar is a cost saving option, I can see that, are there any
other options to stick to it? Maybe because everybody is familiar with
using it? Or something else?

Thanks for your feedback and have a great day,

Cristina Santamarina
