Droplabs applied to Lab Up (http://lab-up.org) several months ago. We haven't heard back yet, so in the meantime we're slowly putting together our own device lab (hopefully we'll be listed one day at http://opendevicelab.com). We have couple Android phones, tablets and iPads so far.
