Elise, We use Nadine to manage our space. It's an open source system we developed here at Office Nomads. The points that Alex and Alex made are really important to keep in mind though when considering technical "solutions" since they don't really work for the majority of cases they are relied on for. People come for the people first and foremost. The main reason Nadine works for us is that everyone gets a profile (entered by us) since this is how we track membership. The member facing sided of it is a perk most people don't care about.
