We often include "outside" speakers in our programming, since there is 
great talent and experience that exists our community, too. We never pay 
them, though - but we do permit them to charge. Then it's up to the members 
to decide if it's worthwhile. (some of these sessions also include 
non-members as participants - i.e., are public facing).
