It all depends on your membership perks. We started using YouCanBookMe this year and it's made my life much simpler. We have 3 meeting rooms. We have 3 public pages for reserving and paying for the rooms. We then have a single password protected page for members that gives access to reserve any of the rooms without paying. We don't have a # of hours quota for members, so there's nothing more to track.
It's taken care of my 2 biggest time-sucks: chasing non-members for payment, and having members email me to make changes or cancellations. Now it's all self-service and the members like it.
