Yes you have to re-input their CC info into the new system. if you ask Authorize to send those existing subscribers to another gateway you'd have to pay. However, Stripe gives this flexibility should you decide to leave them and help you with the process.
I would be careful with handling user CCs as it may trigger PCI non compliance.
