Dear all, For anyone who wasn’t at tonight’s Captains’ Meeting, we’re introducing the 15 minute rule, effective Monday 21st Jan (tomorrow):
Only first eights may boat within the first 15 minutes after Lighting Down or after the allowed boating time on Saturdays and Sundays. All other crews may boat 15 minutes after Lighting Down. The additional Lent term restrictions still apply; crews pushing off in the first 15 minutes must row full crew, full slide to Chesterton footbridge, and not spin before Baitsbite Lock. They must also carry a white light visible through 180 degrees on the stern and the bows. Best wishes, Conor
