I'm always a bit ashamed when I look at my 01.DISABLED.yml where I
keep my skips with a comment as to why I skip them. I feel guilty when
skipping. Every single skip should become an RT (or something) ticket
and should be removed again as soon as the RT (or something) ticket is
resolved. But this rarely happens.
Here is the shame report. Every single line may be wrong because I
forget to re-evaluate my comments. I'll gladly remove everything from
the list if somebody can provide a better solution than skipping.
