I see that build_lib/Module/Build/FilterTests.pm needs SUPER.pm, and SUPER.pm 
needs Sub::Identify.
I guess there's a connection there to the report you're getting, but I'm not 
exactly sure what that connection is. It's as though the tester has installed 
SUPER.pm, but without having installed Sub::Identify.
