Since there is actual documentation at perldoc perlplan9 and http://perldoc.perl.org/perlplan9.html, somebody did it at one point.

Actually, it'd be worth trying to build a recent version and see what happens. I was thinking of starting a VM up with plan9 in it and trying it, but it sounds like you have more tuits.
Perhaps it's time for me to dig up my Plan9 VM and give it another go... -Nigel
