You might be in luck.
I've got CPAN::Reporter 1.1801 on 3 perls:
1) ActivePerl x86 build 1202, 5.12.2 (using dmake/gcc-3.4.5)
2) ActivePerl x64 build 1202, 5.12.2 (using dmake/gcc-4.6.0)
3) My own mingw-built 5.12.2 (using dmake/gcc-4.6.0)
It's only the first 2 that are giving me grief, so I'm thinking it's
probably an ActivePerl thing - something in one of their custom patches
perhaps. (No guarantees, but :-)
