You are clear.  I hope I am clear back.  :-)

A "report" is composed of many "facts" -- each "fact" has a UUID, as
does the report itself.  (See CPAN::Testers::Report for gory details.)

The tail log gives the UUID of the "TestSummary" fact.  (Why?  No good
reason.  I wrote it that way and never changed it.)

The www.cpantesters.org site uses the UUID of the Report.

There was an Atom feed of Report UUIDs, which was intended to replace
the tail log, but I had to disable it because the system load was too
high.

I am working on changing how Metabase is implemented and hope to bring
back the Atom feed in the next few weeks.
