Well, this can be a bit tricky. There are ways in Perl to determine if you
are using ActiveState or Strawberry, but the Reporter does not use these
right now.
You could look at the compiler, but nowadays if you install the CPAN PPM
package on ActiveState Perl, you get dmake, just as on Strawberry.

I am not sure we need this, we also do not have a separate category for OS
X with clang versus OS X and GCC.
