Occasionally (maybe twice a year) I have a CPAN tester error of the form
(during make test):
Could not execute (/usr/bin/perl -w t/10_Tree_Binary_test.t): open3:
exec of /usr/bin/perl -w t/10_Tree_Binary_test.t failed at
/usr/share/perl/5.14/TAP/Parser/Iterator/Process.pm line 168.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.

I really have no idea what's happening.
