Hi,

Author pages and Distro pages are built at different times. Due to the
complexity of each, trying to do everything in one go would kill the
server. We don't update the page on each report either, otherwise the
updates for these pages would be days or weeks behind. This is why I put a
time stamp on the page. If they are out by a few reports, it is mostly
likely that one page was built more recently than the other, and the other
is still in the queue to be rebuilt.

If you want to figure out a better of doing this, feel free to look at
CPAN-Testers-WWW-Reports and see what you can improve. Patches welcome.

However, note that it has taken 6 years worth of experience to fine tune to
what it is now. In the current environment CPAN Testers will never be real
time. We don't the funds or resources for that.
