Lately I've received several FAIL reports from you that aren't due to the
distribution being tested being invalid, but
rather something upstream that is broken. Examples:

http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/a1d3d280-2dc8-11e5-8be5-d039436f2841
http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/b0209c2e-2e04-11e5-8be5-d039436f2841

As you can see, these failures are because something upstream was installed
without all its prerequisites. Anything
downstream that then depends on this code will also be broken.

That's strange. This prerequisite module was definitely installed before
according to test report history.
I reinstalled in again. Any idea what could uninstall modules?

The email you used to send me email haven't been in use since pre-Metadata (when reports had to be sent by email), why it has suddenly popped out?
