YAML::Syck is no longer broken

I believe that YAML::Syck now works on all architectures.  It certainly 
now works fine on my Arm and PPC machines, so I suggest removing the 
second sentence on bullet 7 at http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/SmokeTesting
