The default error messages are not helpful, but when AUTOMATED_TESTING=1
is set I dump lots of data which will give me a clue how to reproduce
the problem.
Until that tester fixes his stuff to set AUTOMATED_TESTING, you can find
who it is at https://stats.cpantesters.org/cgi-bin/cpanmail.cgi and get
in touch with them to ask them to re-test and send you the details.
