Could you please run 'prove -vb' on each of t/06_build.t and
t/07_proxy.t and send me the output?
Also, do you have Module::Build on your i686-linux box?
(Since the tests passed on your cygwin box, I suspect that the test
failures are related to the specific testing environment.)
