Sorry that I made a mistake. The conditional compilation (#ifdef
COFNIG_HIGHMEM ... #endif) starts from Linux 2.6.19. Kernels version
before 2.6.19 always have HighTotal, HighFree, LowTotal and LowFree and
in /proc/meminfo, but not after that.

Since the current Debian stable kernel is 2.6.18, they all have
them in /proc/meminfo. However, this is not the case for future
versions (testing and unstable) of Debian kernel, for they are 2.6.22
and 2.6.23 respectively.

Ubantu is using Debian testing packages, so there should not be
them in its /proc/meminfo. I cannot test it in a short time, though.

coLinux is running 2.6.22, so it does not have them.

I do not know which version of RHEL you are using, but I suppose its
earlier than 2.6.19. If you want Sys::Statistics::Linux to work for
future versions of Linux, maybe you should work on this issue.
