But you understand the problem? What I can do is blacklisting this
distribution (or, if you don't want any testing at all, all your
distributions). But I can do it only for my smoking system; you have
to ask the same from all present and future testers.

Maybe the XML::SAX author can be persuaded to create a working
ParserDetails.ini already in blib, so everything works while XML::SAX
is not yet installed.
