One (crude) solution is to purchase babelfish translator (using the online interface doesn't make sense here) and do the english->french->english trick. This is a good style filter, but some basic sentence attributes will survive it. So you also need something that will randomize the sentence length and maybe few other attributes that I even don't know that exist.
