Hi,

This is not exactly a bug. The reason is that the default syntax configuration
for the HTML files includes bold keywords; and the width of the bold (and/or
italic) characters in some fonts differs from the width of the normal chars.

Solution: Try switching the bold keywords off, or use CourierNew font which
doesn't have this problem.

I wouldn't like to allow the Caption property to change the caption; I would
rather change the implementation... or make it an option...

I have used the Programmers File Editor (PFE) for a number of years. Since
it's development has stopped (and no source posted to open source community),
I've been on the lookout for a replacement editor. CREdit appears to be the
best (freeware) editor out here (IMHO) and I find that in many ways its
superior to PFE. I love the ability to use VBS as the macro language.

A change I would like to see:
1) The window title for the document views should include the full path
information when the file is located other than in the current working
directory. (This is how PFE worked). This can be accomplished by either
changing the basic program behavior OR by modifying the Caption property so it
has a set method. Then a VBS file can be setup to trigger and parse through
all the document views and update the captions

Corrections I would like to see:
1) When you click on the document's tab, the document view window should be
restored if it is currently minimized.

2) When you are editting a .HTM or .HTML file with syntax hightlighting turned
on, the text insertion point and start of selection is off by one character
position if you are inserting or selecting for about column 10 and on. (big
problem, recommend high priority to fix).

3) When you are editting a file (.HTM in this case) and save it to a new
extension (say .txt), the file retains the prior (.HTM) syntax highlighting
until the file is closed and reloaded. (minor problem, recommend low priority
to fix)

Thanks, Mike Lansdaal
