I'm not a Mutt user so I couldn't say what is required specifically,
but the general infrastructure for the original multi-session feature
in Cream is still in cream-server.vim, just commented out. Also remove
the Cream startup call that specifies a server name.

Unfortunately, all the old problems with the half-baked sessions still
exist, but I'm always open to patches to fix these problems to
re-institute sessions. (See previous threads.)
