I'm not a Mutt user so I couldn't say what is required specifically, but the general infrastructure for the original multi-session feature in Cream is still in cream-server.vim, just commented out. Also remove the Cream startup call that specifies a server name. Unfortunately, all the old problems with the half-baked sessions still exist, but I'm always open to patches to fix these problems to re-institute sessions.
