The ink vendor we're cooperating with (and who will make his own new standard freely availbale and distributeable for all FLOSS projects) is willing to print the colour books. They may also be willing to distribute them on a cost-covering basis, i.e. a fee that covers the printing and shipping costs. I'll know more in January.
