[creduce-dev] building C-reduce with cygwin

Hi,

If anybody succeeded in building C-reduce with Cygwin recently, I'd like to 
hear how did you do that.
I tried but ended up with having to re-build a lot of things: GCC, Ocaml, LLVM, 
... to no avail.
Please.
