It is a big help if everyone who is interested to stay there contacts the hotel (details in the last email on this thread) as soon as you can to indicate that you do indeed want to come, how many days, which days and your chosen room type. They in any case will not charge you or require any financial information at this time. They will simply make a note of it and send you a payment link in the summer (August I believe).
