Since I had to clear this up in TWO meetings I was at today ... I figured I would remind everyone else, too.
The platform M4 (+0 day) is scheduled for Friday, 12/9. The Simultaneous M4 is scheduled for 12/16. One week later! See http://wiki.eclipse.org/Juno/Simultaneous_Release_Plan#Schedule This means Monday (12/12) is +1, Tuesday (12/13) is +2 and Wednesday (12/14) is +3 with EPP builds and tests on Thursday, 12/15. The final "aggregation build" will be expected to be 12/14 roughly 5 PM Eastern. All declared and made visible the morning of 12/16. We do this "shrinkage" to 1 week in December primarily due to the holidays (12/23 doesn't sound like a safe deadline for anything) but we always want to get to "1 week" at some point, so we've always done it in December. I was going to send this reminder next week ... but ... since the two groups I was talking to today should have known better :) I thought an earlier reminder would be best. I suspect it won't be an "easy" milestone ... given some version changes, (one obvious one is "javax.servlet" ... I know it effects WTP: http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/wtp-dev/msg08294.html) so I appreciate everyone's (calm and patient :) progress towards this final milestone for 2011. Let us know if issues or questions. Much thanks, _______________________________________________ cross-project-issues-dev mailing list [email protected] https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/cross-project-issues-dev
