It is working fine for me. I tried both HTTP and SSH connections to git repositories at eclipse and they connect just fine.

I'm going to investigate whether there's an internal issue with our company's proxy, but I thought I would mention it on the mailing list in case eclipse.org's git is having trouble serving up content over HTTP.
