I have seen many "strange" things happen since this morning (CEST) with 
*.eclipse.org (wiki, forum, bugzilla, ...) with pages sometimes throwing 
an error and refusing to load, a refresh usually solves the issue. The 
latest I've seen is bugzilla throwing a "Data error" in the "similar 
bugs" box when filing a new bug.

Might be the same/a related issue?
