Hey, yesterday I noticed that one of our plugins didn't have an "about.html" file and it didn't have "Eclipse.org" as a vendor name. Is this why it didn't get promoted to here <http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/>? I applied and committed the necessary changes but I still need to ssh to build.eclipse.org to upload the new version of the plugin but I can't because the connection times out every time. I understand that i can still do that before RC0. Is that correct?
