Wayne, Sorry about the delay. It is coming from EclipseLink. After investigating, it seems the jar used to be just a compile dependency, so didn't contain the needful because it was never shipped. That changed recently, and updating to the Orbit version fell through the cracks. I'm going to make certain we have no issue running against 1.6.0, and slip that version from Orbit into our release p2 repo. If that fails I'm going to have to update our jar with appropriate files, and again regen our release p2 repo.
I hope to have this fixed in the next day or so.
