The "State intent early (M4)" chapter of the http://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Simultaneous_Release_Requirements page refers to using the "Simultaneous Release Flag" in the project's Portal meta-data. It seems to be out-of-date, because now there is no meta-data in Portal. It will be great if somebody who know how to "state intent" can update Wiki page to help persons like me who is lost in all these new settings. Thanks! Best regards, Igor Vinnykov
