Here it is ... 5:00 PM on Wednesday (Eastern time), no jobs running, no requests for extensions, so I'm declaring the Luna M3 repository complete.
Please test http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/ If no blockers reported, I'll add M3 to the composite .../releases/luna on Friday morning. Here is the state of disabled projects ... I think this matches what the many previous notes/replies said ...
