I opened a bug [1] to ask birt what the org.eclipse.birt.jetty.overlay
bundle is for. This bundle is strange because it exports some jetty
packages but for some reason it is a fragment to the system bundle. I have
no idea why this bundle is needed or why it is a system bundle fragment.
But this bundle does cause some complications when trying to resolve large
installs that include the real jetty bundles [2]. Can someone from the
birt team please comment on bug 422176? If this bundle is included in the
luna repo for M4 I fear we will have some long resolution times when
installing anything birt related into M4.
