Yes, the main DLTK feature is there. I am talking about the DLTK Mylyn
integration which is a separate feature - still from the same 5.0 release.

So, I will go forward with this.

If we decide to update with a newer release in the next months, I will make
sure we comply with the mentioned rules - release record, before RC1, etc.
