I fixed the date (you should have the ability to change this by clicking
on "Edit").
Paho 1.2 would be released /with/ Eclipse Mars, not /part of/, the
same way that Paho 1.0 was released simultaneously with Luna.
If I can paraphrase... you'll do your release with Mars, but you're not
including any bits in the shared p2 repository.

Offset +3 - no other project depends on Paho. Paho 1.2 would be
