I'm trying to follow https://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/p2/p2.mirrorsURL#How_to_add.3F. I need to update my artifact.xml files and then rejar and pack200 them. Where do I find a pack200 on build.eclipse.org? I found one in /shared/common/jdk-1.6.x86_64/bin but it is dated 2011.
