Apparently this change
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/56911/
brakes the Gerrit validation build for our contribution of JGit/EGit 4.1 (
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/56916/) to Neon M2

build log of the aggregator's Gerrit validation job:
https://hudson.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.neon.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit/90/console

the reason seems to be
...

Missing requirement: org.eclipse.datatools.oda.cshelp
1.1.2.v201309200751 requires 'bundle
org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility [3.1.100,4.0.0)' but it could
not be found

...

We can't fix this problem on our end since apparently the root cause seems
is in datatools.
How to proceed from here ?
