Thanks everyone for your updates. As we ended up, only soa-bpmn2-modeler is disabled, and only 5 or 6 projects have "decreasing" feature versions (the Eclipse Platform being one of them). :/
I will promote this repo Friday morning around 10:00 and re-enable the Oxygen aggregation builds Friday afternoon.
