Hi Wayne, all,
The Eclipse JWT (Java Workflow Tooling) project intends to participate
in the Photon simultaneous release, with an offset of +3 (as usual).
The release record can be found in the PMI tool here:
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/soa.jwt/releases/1.8.0
More details about JWT Oxygen contribution TODO list can be found at
https://wiki.eclipse.org/JWT_Ramp-Down-Policy .

only use this channel this one time)./
Eclipse Projects that intend to participate in the *Photon
Simultaneous Release* are required to state their intention to do so
on the cross-project-issues-dev mailing list. If your project intends
to participate in the release and has not already stated that intent,
please do so ASAP. *The deadline coincides with the M4 build on
December 15/2017.*
This process has been set up--at least in part--to ensure that
participating projects are listening to the communication channel. If
your project is participating in Photon, then at least one project
committer *must* monitor communications on the
cross-project-issues-dev
<https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list/cross-project-issues-dev>
mailing list.
Project teams that have already declared their intent to participate
in the Eclipse Photon Simultaneous Release are listed here:
https://projects.eclipse.org/releases/photon
Note that declaring participation in Photon is separate from having an
active aggregator file. You may well have bits being pushed into the
aggregate repository today based on your project's participation in
the Eclipse Oxygen release, but this does not constitute a declaration
of participation. You still need to declare participation in Photon
before M4 on December 15/17.
Warning: shortly after M4, we'll start disabling the aggregation files
for those projects that have not declared. Things will start breaking
shortly thereafter.
Links and more information (including "how to announce your
participation") can be found on the Photon wiki page.
https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:Photon
Please be sure to create the release record and include it in your
note when you declare participation.
If you have questions, connect with your PMC, your PMC's Eclipse
Planning Council Representative, EMO, or me.
Thanks,
Wayne
