Again, we can't switch because we need to parse an Lucene 3.x index downloaded from the model repository, which newer Lucene versions can't parse anymore. Migration strategy would be to deploy both 3.x and 7.x indexes to download.eclipse.org, but we don't have the resources to do this for 2018-09. > * o.e.epp.logging.aeri.feature requires lucene.analysis 6.1 Similar scenario than Code Recommenders (built by the same guys...). Here, however, we may get rid of the index downloads, as we have (since Oxygen.2) a REST API in place that does the queries on demand; under normal circumstances, they won't be answered from the index anymore.
