The whole SimRel build fails for everyone. It's not really a matter of pointing fingers to who should do what, it's more a matter of enforcing a quality gate for the project delivery. And then, if this quality gate is not reached, we see the build failing, it annoys everyone and we can either fix the necessary parts, or threaten them of removal from SimRel unless they get fixed promptly.
