RC2 is next week so I would vote for removing it now and if there is BIRT
team member active they do the needed reenablement. IMHO we are past the
state where we can wait for people to show up and broken things should be
removed (where possible without breaking the house of cards) and if there
is interested party they will step up, otherwise it's just luggage we carry
needlessly.
