If you're contributing a new major or minor release to the
simultaneous release, and your project has not engaged in a successful
release review since June 17/2019, then your project needs to engage in a
release review.

Note that, regardless of whether or not a release review (and corresponding
IP Log review) is required, you must ensure that all intellectual property
either included in your project as "project content" or referenced by your
project as "third party content" must be fully vetted by the intellectual
property due diligence process.

I don't believe that the recent changes to the intellectual property policy
and due diligence process have much impact here, but I'd like to take the
